Privacy policy

DEHAAS, Rypsterdyk 2, 9036 JG Menaam, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy.

What data

When you contact us, request a quote or ask a question via the Welding & Quality Assistant, we process the data you enter yourself: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your question, possibly including attached documents.

Purposes

• Answering your question and contacting you
• Preparing a quotation and carrying out an assignment
• Complying with legal obligations, such as tax record keeping

Retention

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Data from requests that did not lead to an assignment is deleted no later than two years after the last contact.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to deliver our service, such as the processor of our contact form, or when required by law. We conclude a data processing agreement with these parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Send your request to cdehaas@dehaasprojects.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
