Describe the situation as you would to a colleague: material, thickness, welding process, standard and what you want to achieve. Drawings, specifications or an existing WPS are always welcome. ## Step 2: first technical indication You quickly receive a first indication: what is going on, which standard applies, which direction makes sense and which information is still missing. This indication helps you move forward, but is deliberately not a formal approval or release. ## Step 3: specialist review For formal conclusions, qualification ranges, acceptance criteria or decisions that affect safety or certification, an experienced welding specialist reviews the file. You receive a substantiated answer you can build on, with references to the relevant standard. ## Step 4: quotation for the next step If more is needed, for example a [qualification project](/en/services/wpqr-qualification/), an on-site inspection or structural support, you first receive a clear quotation with scope, assumptions, planning and price build-up. You decide, we only start after your approval. ## Step 5: execution and delivery During execution we keep you informed with short lines and reports you can act on directly.
